Author Instructions [Track2]

Only Abstract of the accepted papers to be included the conference booklet
and then the full papers will be published in PTL  after the conference.

Publication Plan

[1] Conference Program Booklet

The Conference Program Booklet will NOT include the 2-page Extended Abstract file which you had submitted for the review. Only the following things of each [Track2] paper will be included in the Conference Program Booklet published by ICRP.

• • Paper Title

  • Authors names, affiliations, and email addresses

  • Abstract text (min. 100 words, max. 200 words)

  • Acknowledgement (Acknowledgement text should be entered at the Abstract text field of EDAS system)

[2] Full Paper Publication

After the conference, your full paper will be published in PTL, Platform Technology Letters (ISSN 2288-8195, http://www.theicrp.org/ptl ). 

The PTL publication schedule will be sent to the authors soon after the conference finished.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

[1] Author Registration

Please make an author registration for your paper. It is mandatory that accepted work must have at least one author registered at a PAPER AUTHOR REGISTRATION.

[2] Presentation Material and Guideline

One of the authors (or a qualified substitute) must present the paper at the conference/workshops(on-site or online) in order to avoid automatic withdrawal of the paper from the conference. All oral presentations will be given 15 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for questions and answers. Please bring an electronic copy of your presentation to the conference. All presentations must run on the Windows operating system with MS office and Adobe Acrobat.

[3] Revised Abstract Submission

The Conference Program Booklet will NOT include 2-page Extended Abstract file, but include Abstract text (including Acknowledgement text). You can revise the Abstract text in EDAS system before Thursday,  3 August 2023 (23:59 KST). Any changes after the deadline will not be reflected to the Conference Program Booklet distributed on-site.

[4] Full Paper Submission

Please prepare your full paper before the 1st day of your PTL publication month. After the conference, the PTL Editorial Office will inform you of paper submission method and paper format.
